Starbucks at 10601 Valley Boulevard, El Monte, California.

I love the staff and come here often for hot tea. But the past three weeks, I've had to bring my own tea bags because they run out of the English .breakfast tea by Wednesday then tell me they won't have any more until after Friday delivery. Why can't they start ordering more if they run out two days before the delivery date on a regular basis? Like I said, I love the staff. They are friendly, know what my order is, and efficient. I would think the manager needs to be aware of what needs to be ordered, though. I'll bet they never run out of coffee!!

So I didn't have change at all and the lady in drive through told me that if I had smaller bills, by the way her name is Maria, I told her no sorry but I told her if she didn't have change it would be okay to cancel the order. So she charged me and gave me the drinks. After that she said with " attitude with kindness" next time bring smaller bills and I told her wait what. Lastly, I would of called the corporate but she didn't even give me a receipt.
