I wanted to commend you on having such an excellent worker on the IHSS team. Ms. Julie Duong was very helpful in the management of my sister's case. It's a shame we can't keep her as our case manager. She is patient, understanding and proficient in her field. She helped explain policy and terms in a manner that is simple to understand.
